CRP & CREP

The section that the well site sits on will need to come out of the CRP or CREP program. The fees for removing the ground out of the program will be pro-rated, depending on the numbers of years in the program. This includes:

• Cost share payments, plus interest
• Annual rental payments, plus interest
• Liquidated damages
  (annual rental rate per acre X acres X 25%)
